These terms apply to use of consideredframe.com, including the public Training Conversion Brief form and sample materials.
Educational and demonstration purpose
The ConsideredFrame website and sample materials are provided for general informational, educational, and demonstration purposes. They do not provide medical care, individualized clinical guidance, legal advice, crisis services, emergency assistance, organizational approval, accreditation, or compliance certification, and they are not a substitute for an organization’s own policies, professional judgment, or required review processes.
No emergency use
ConsideredFrame is not an emergency or crisis service. Do not use this website, email, forms, or consultations to request urgent assistance because communications may not be reviewed immediately. If urgent help or an immediate safety concern exists, contact appropriate local emergency or crisis services.
Training Conversion Brief
The free Training Conversion Brief is a preliminary business-development and educational framing document based on the non-confidential information submitted. It is not a finished training deliverable, clinical recommendation, legal or compliance review, or promise that ConsideredFrame will accept a paid project. Submission of the form does not create a client relationship or paid engagement.
Do not submit protected health information, client-identifiable information, or confidential organizational information through the public Brief form.
Sample module
The sample-module preview demonstrates selected elements of ConsideredFrame’s writing, structure, and educational approach. It is not a complete or customized client deliverable and should not be adopted, distributed, or used as an organization’s finished training without appropriate review and adaptation. Suitability may vary by audience, setting, jurisdiction, policy, procedure, and organizational requirements.
Organizational responsibility
Organizations are responsible for determining whether any ConsideredFrame website, sample, Brief, or contracted training material is appropriate for their intended use and for completing final clinical, legal, operational, policy, accessibility, compliance, and organizational review before use. ConsideredFrame does not replace an organization’s own qualified professionals, policies, approval processes, or legal and regulatory responsibilities.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, original website copy, branding elements, sample content, graphics, and other materials created by or for ConsideredFrame are owned by ConsideredFrame or used with permission, to the extent protected by applicable law. Website and sample materials may be viewed for personal or internal evaluation of ConsideredFrame’s services but may not be copied, republished, distributed, sold, sublicensed, or presented as your own without permission except as otherwise permitted by law.
Third-party services
The website and business process may use or link to third-party services for hosting, forms, scheduling, video conferencing, email, analytics, and calendar functions. These services operate under their own terms, privacy practices, security measures, and availability.
Paid services
Paid ConsideredFrame services are governed by the applicable written Project Proposal, Service Agreement, and any later written amendments accepted by the parties. If a provision of these Website Terms conflicts with a signed client agreement for a specific project, the signed client agreement controls for that project to the extent of the conflict.
No guaranteed outcomes
ConsideredFrame aims to keep general website and sample information accurate, useful, and reasonably current, but does not promise that use of the website, Brief, sample materials, or educational content will produce a particular training, clinical, regulatory, financial, operational, or organizational outcome.
